Restaurant Profile

The first dish is Pad Thai—the restaurant’s namesake and a brilliant way to spotlight their signature creation. it’s a clear favorite and impossible to miss, as we glanced around, we saw it gracing nearly every table.

Pad Thai features stir-fried rice noodles combined with your choice of meat—shrimp, chicken, or tofu for a vegetarian option. This classic dish also includes eggs, leeks, onions, tamarind sauce, and bean sprouts. While many are familiar with this Thai staple, the presentation at Pad Thai may still surprise even seasoned Pad Thai lovers.

The noodles and meat are exquisitely wrapped in a paper-thin egg layer, like a delicate, edible blanket of a beautiful cohesive packaging. The artistry is as impressive as it’s delicious, topped with fresh cilantro, and sided by a lime wedge, dry chili, crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, and a flower petal.

This dish is known for its balance of flavors – the subtly sweet noodles harmonize with the mild sweetness of the tender chicken. The fresh bean sprouts and the zesty lime add a refreshing crunch, while the peanuts contribute nuttiness and the chili delivers a spicy kick. With its perfect blend of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements, Pad Thai here is truly a joyous and comforting culinary experience.

Pla Neung Manao (ปลานึ่งมะนาว) is a lively celebration of Thai flavors, featuring a whole fish, steamed to perfect tenderness and bathed in a zesty lime broth enriched with fiery chilies, aromatic garlic, crisp, fresh celery and pak choy.

Served in a fish-shaped wok, this dish arrives sizzling hot, kept bubbling by a gentle flame underneath, much like a Thai hot pot. Topped with fresh cilantro and lime slices, it fully awakens the senses. The fish itself is incredibly fresh and lean, with very few bones, making each bite easy and enjoyable.

The broth strikes a refreshing balance between sour and spicy with just a hint of sweetness, light enough to sip like a fish soup. The flavor is bold and spicy, yet still lets the natural juiciness of the fish to shine through.

This dish is paired with fragrant steamed jasmine rice. Scoop up a bit of rice, dip it into the flavorful lime broth, and top it with the melt-in-your-mouth fish flesh. The masterful harmony of sour, spicy, savory, and sweet will leave you refreshed, invigorated, and feeling wonderfully satisfied.

Som Tan Pu Pla Ra Set, also known as Thai papaya salad, is a flavorful mix of shredded green papaya, crisp long beans, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy Thai eggplant, all tossed together in a pungent dressing of fish sauce and fermented crabs (Pla Ra). The result is a dish that is sweet, sour, salty, and savory, with a spicy kick from fresh chilies.

This set comes with tender, grilled chicken and sticky rice. The chicken brings a smoky, savory depth, with a delicate char on the skin that adds a crispy, intensified flavor. The sticky rice perfectly soaks up the tangy, spicy juices of the papaya salad, which bursts with fresh, fruity brightness. Though the salad is meant to be fiery, the heat was slightly toned down, delivering just the right amount of spice.

Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (น้ำจิ้มไก่) is served on the side – a sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy dip for the chicken. This bright red sauce, clings to the crispy charred edges of the chicken, creating a delectable contrast. The sweetness highlights the smoky flavor, while the gentle heat gives a tantalizing kick. Paired with the sticky rice, this combination is both comforting and exotically delicious.
